PUSH ZONE TRAINING
Push Fitness Zone offers a 60 minute interval training class with multiple rounds of cardio & strength training. Each workout has a different focus to target & tone by using a vast variety of equipment that allows the workout to be ever changing & challenging. Our dynamic workout is never the same & never repeated
